Christmas tree lighting party at Galerias Hipodromo Mall in Tijuana. Did you know it SNOWS in that same courtyard every weekend?

December in Tijuana is a magical time. The decorations are out and, in a decidedly Catholic country, the Nacimientos are everywhere. Its hard to ignore the Christmas spirit when the whole town is painted in red and green, with nochebuenas and mistletoes aplenty. And the smells. Oh my, the smells of tamales and churros and pilonsillo and homemade moles. Like I said, its a magical time to come and visit this amazing city.

So, Let’s Enjoy Tijuana!

This is our December edition. The following is but a sample of the events that are scheduled throughout the city, but you have to start somewhere.
