  1. Hello,
I recently started following you and your family because my family and I are planning a move to Tijuana soon. I’m pretty excited/overwhelmed/nervous so I have been scouring the net for any information or insight on how to make this easier for us all.
Your blog has been very helpful in giving some down to earth ideas on how one can start to navigate the area. I was wondering if you had come across a facility similar to the YMCA or a family friendly gym/aquatics center? My sons are very athletic and that’s the one thing they are worried about not having included in the typical school sports.
    Thanks for your great posts!

    1. Hello Yvette! It’s great to be able to meet you.

Tijuana is amazing and I know you and your family will find everything you need. Most schools have very active sports programs so they should not have problems. Will they be in public or private school?

There are several gyms in the area and public parks with recreation facilities and sports teams. If they are into soccer/ futbol they will have no problem finding teams and games too.

If you can give me more information on what exactly your needs/ wants are then I am happy to give you more specific answers/ guidance. You can email me at Magaly@borderfreeadventures.com if you’d rather do it like that and I will answer you back ok.

      -Magaly
